Petitioner's counsel is absent. Learned Government Pleader submits that, appropriate orders on Ext.P1 have already been passed by the first respondent on 28.4.2014. The learned counsel appearing for the Bank submits that the Bank intends to challenge the same. In any event, the prayer sought for being complied with; the writ petition has become infructuous and hence the same is closed, without prejudice to the contentions of either parties.
