Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents no. 2 to restrain the respondent no. 4 and 5 from interfering in the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the Gata No. 187 area about 0.275 hectare situated at village Singhapur, Kursanda, Tehsil Puwayan, District Shahjahanpur.
It appears that the dispute involved in the writ petition is primarily between private parties and remedy available to the petitioner for enforcing his right in the disputed plot is by filing a civil suit.
