Heard Sri Akhand Pratap Singh learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the respondents.
This revision has been filed challenging the order dated 23.04.2010 passed by Additional Sessions Judge (E.C. Act), Jaunpur, in Case no. 7 of 2010 (Roop Mala vs. State of U.P.). Further direction has been sought praying for direction that the respondents may be directed to release the gas cylinder of the petitioners in their favour.
A perusal of the writ petition shows that the order dated 23.04.2010 has been passed by the Additional Sessions Judge against the order dated 08.01.2010 passed by A.D.M., Jaunpur, in Case no. 56 under Section 6-A, E.C. Act, State vs. Ram Milan, P.S. Maharajganj, District- Jaunpur, but the aforesaid order has not been challenged in the writ petition.
It is open for the petitioner to amend his writ petition within the period of one month failing which this writ petition shall be listed for final disposal on 24th September, 2018.
