Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Pundir, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
Present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 18.9.2018, whereby the revision filed by the respondents was allowed setting aside the order dated 27.3.2018 passed in Appeal No. 471.
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that earlier petitioner filed Writ B No. 1378 of 2018, which was dismissed by this Court vide detailed order dated 23.5.2019, which was passed in respect of allotment of chak and in view of the said judgment, the finding so recorded by Deputy Director of Consolidation vide impugned order is ought to have been affirmed.
In view of the same, writ petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
