1. Vide order dated 05.01.2017, notice was issued to appellants to engage another counsel and sent by registered post on 10.01.2017. As per Office report dated 12.05.2017 it has been received back with postal endorsement "appellant 1-nothing received back as yet and appellants 2, 3, 4 and 5-unserved/not met."
2. Thereafter again vide order dated 12.05.2017 fresh notice was issued which was sent by registered post on 20.05.2017 and as per Office report dated 31.07.2017 it has returned with postal endorsement that "appellants 1 to 5-illegible remark". Third time order dated 31.07.2017 for issue of fresh notice to appellant was passed and sent by registered post on 03.08.2017. Perused Office report dated 19.12.2018 which shows that notice has not been received back after service as yet. Service is deemed sufficient under the Rules.
2. Called in revise. None appeared to press this appeal.
3. Dismissed for want of prosecution.
4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
