ORDER Sri. Nitin Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to restore the petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
