O R D E R 1. This writ petition is preferred by the wife seeking for a writ of habeas corpus against the respondents to trace and produce her husband viz., Manjunatha D. @ Kommagatta Manja S/o Late Dasappa before this Court and set him free from the illegal detention of respondent no.3.
2. Dr. S.V.Giri Kumar, learned AGA appearing for the respondents files a memo along with a copy of FIR in Crime No.129/2019 filed on 07.04.2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 454, 457 & 380 of IPC against the petitioner’s husband viz., Manjunatha D. @ Kommagatta Manja, in Court today. The same is placed on record.
3. In view of the above, Sri Keshava Murthy B., learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed. A memo filed in this behalf is placed on record.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
