It has been alleged that the opposite party has wilfully made defiance of the judgement and order dated 21.7.2010 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.22192 of 1992 preferred by the applicants.
Once the Court has proceeded to non-suit the claim set up by the applicants under the Contempt of Courts Act on the ground of limitation then learned counsel for the applicants states that the Secretary, Meerut Development Authority, Meerut has already referred the matter to the Additional District Magistrate (Land Acquisition), Meerut on 30.5.2019 for providing the calculation sheet at the earliest.
The contempt application stands disposed of.
Needless to say that it is always open to the applicants to approach to the competent authority for redressal of their grievance.
