Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The sole submission of counsel for the petitioner is to direct the respondent no.1, Principal Judge, Family Court, Fatehpur to decide the Petition No.07 of 2017 (Roop Narayan vs. Shraddha Gupta) filed under Sections 25 and 8 of Guardian and Wards Act, 1890.
In view of above, the petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.1, Principal Judge, Family Court, Fatehpur to decide the Petition No.07 of 2017 (Roop Narayan vs. Shraddha Gupta) filed under Sections 25 and 8 of Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
