Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Court concerned to decide Original Suit No. 63 of 2009 within a stipulated period.
From the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that earlier the suit had proceeded ex parte and, thereafter, the other side had put in appearance and now the case is at the stage of recording of evidence.
In view of the above, no specific direction need be issued, at this stage.
However, it is observed that since the matter is about a decade old, the court, in absence of any legal impediment, shall endeavour to bring the proceedings to its logical conclusion, expeditiously, without entertaining unnecessary adjournment.
