This writ petition has been filed for quashing the FIR dated 10.11.2018 (registered as Case Crime No. 0506 of 2018), u/s 147, 323, 341, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Bisalpur, district Pilibhit.
Counsel for the petitioners submit that the FIR is alleged to have been lodged by Roshni Devi, who herself filed her affidavit in the present writ petition and has denied of lodging any such FIR.
In the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that the petitioners shall not be arrested in pursuance of FIR dated 10.11.2018 (registered as Case Crime No. 0506 of 2018), u/s 147, 323, 341, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Bisalpur, district Pilibhit, till submission of police report under Section 173(2) CrPC.
