Learned counsel for the respondents submits that 50% of the amount awarded has been deposited by the appellants but nothing has been paid to the claimants/respondents. Under the interim order dated 22.2.2010 50% of the amount so deposited was permitted to be paid to the claimants.

Having heard the parties, I do not consider it not necessary to vacate the interim order. However, the Tribunal is directed to ensure that 50% of the amount deposited is released in favour of the claimants as directed under the order dated 22.2.2010 itself.

Stay vacation application is disposed of accordingly and the stay order is confirmed as above.
