1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this revision. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 03.04.1998 passed by Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Etah. The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etah vide order dated 10.12.1996 convicted revisionist and sentenced him to undergo five years rigorous imprisonment with fine of Rs.5,000/- under Section 326 IPC. Thereagainst, revisionist preferred Criminal Appeal No.100 of 1996 and Appellate Court while dismissing appeal set aside the order dated 10.12.1996 and held the revisionist guilty. Revisionist has been convicted and sentenced to undergo one year rigorous imprisonment with fine of Rs.5,000/- and in default of payment of fine further one year rigorous imprisonment. Being aggrieved the revisionist preferred present Revision.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
