JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mrs.K.M.Vatsala, learned counsel who appeared on behalf of M/s.Samanta and Ston, learned counsel on record for the revision applicant and Mr.P.L.Narayanan, learned counsel for the respondent.
2. Learned counsel for review applicant submitted that the order of this court dated 12.08.2016 directing court below to dispose of IDOP.No.4356/2014 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, is yet to be complied with.
3. It would be necessary for the court below to pass orders in IA.No.1157/2016 whereunder the petitioner in CRP and respondent in OP seeks permission to be represented by a power agent.
4. Learned counsel for the respondent/petitioner in CRP submitted that in exercise of power under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, this court may record that her party has no objection for IA.No.1157/2016 being allowed.
5. Learned counsel for review applicant indeed can have no objection and rightly informs that she has no objection to such a course. Accordingly, IA.No.1157/2016 in CRP(PD).No.2493/2016 in OP.No.4356/2014 on the file of II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, stands allowed.
6. It is for the court below to now comply with the order of this court in CRP(PD).No.2493/2016.
Registry is directed to post the matter on 07.06.2017 at 02.15.p.m., in His Lordship's Chamber.
