It is submitted that pursuant to mediation the matter has been settled. The settlement agreement is also placed before this Court. In view of the above, the impugned order is superseded by the settlement agreement and this shall be treated as though passed by the original authority for the purpose of implementation.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
