Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the respondent Nos. 1,2 and 3 and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 25.10.2019 registered as Case Crime No. 250 of 2019 under Section 452, 354, 323, 504, 506 of I.P.C. and Section 7/8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station- Piluwa, District- Etah.
The allegation in the impugned report discloses commission of cognizable offences and there appears injury report also to support the allegation.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has urged that the injuries are fabricated and they have been obtained not through police.
Be that as it may, on that ground the prayer of the petitioners to quash First Information Report cannot be accepted.
Hence, the petition is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to apply for bail/anticipatory bail, as may be advised.
