The applicant has approached this Court assailing the interlocutory order dated 17 October 2015, passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Deoria in proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.?, whereby interim maintenance has been granted to the minor children @ Rs. 1000/each per month.
The submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is that the court below has not considered the case of the applicant for interim maintenance.
This Court in exercise of its supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is not inclined to interfere with the interlocutory order, the maintenance granted is interim maintenance which is subject to the final decision.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
No order as to costs.
