Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondent.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the temporary injunction application (6-C) filed by the petitioner in Original Suit No. 12 of 2019 (Roli Yadav Vs. Yogendra Singh and others), in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (S.D.) F.T.C. Kanpur Nagar to decide the aforesaid temporary injunction application, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
