This petition alleges disobedience of an order of status quo passed in a pending writ petition.
It is not disputed that the Deputy Director of Consolidation has passed an order dealing with the rights of parties in the meantime. It is the said order by which the applicant is presently aggrieved. However, the order of the Deputy Director of Consolidation cannot possibly be termed as contempt.
The petition is consequently dismissed. This order however shall not preclude the applicant from initiating appropriate proceedings if he be aggrieved by the order of the Deputy Director of Consolidation.
