This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief:
"A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 4 to restore the electricity connectin of the petitioner, bearing no. 167624 at his residential House No. B-117 Nandgram District Ghaziabad."
At the very outset, Mr. Chandan Agarwal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the electricity department stated that if the petitioner furnishes the copy of the plaint of suit no. 656/2018,(pending before the Civil Judge ( Jr. Div) Ghaziabad) alongwith the copy of the indemnity bond to the respondent no.4, the electricity connection would be restored.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to move an application ventilating his grievances annexing therewith a copy of the plaint of suit no. 656/2018, (pending before the Civil Judge ( Jr. Div) Ghaziabad) along with the copy of the indemnity bond before the respondent no.4 and thereafter the respondentno.4 shall restore the electricity connection within three days from the date of receipt of the aforesaid documents provided there is no legal impediment.
