1. Mr.Rajesh Agrawal, learned advocate for the applicants seeks permission to add original- complainant Pruthvisinh Narsinhsinh Jhala as respondent no.3 and seeks permission for the appropriate amendment in the cause title.

2. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The original complainant Pruthvisinh Narsinhsinh Jhala is ordered to be joined as respondent no.3 in the petition.

3. The amendment to be carried out forthwith. After the amendment is carried out, issue Notice to the newly added respondent no.3 returnable on 10th April, 2012.
