The only prayer made by Sri Santosh Kumar Singh Paliwal, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the application for scrutiny of the petitioner in the subject of Maths of B.T.C. 4th Semester Examination 2018 (Batch 2015) may be decided within a stipulated period of time.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further prays that the photostat copy of the answer books in the subject of Maths of B.T.C. 4th Semester Examination 2018 (Batch 2015) may be provided to the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel has no serious objection to the aforesaid prayer.
The respondent no. 2, Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, Uttar Pradesh, Prayagraj is directed to declare the result of the scrutiny in the subject of Maths of B.T.C. 4th Semester Examination 2018 (Batch 2015) within a period of two weeks from the date of a certified copy of this order.
Copies of the answer sheets in the subject of Maths of B.T.C. 4th Semester Examination 2018 (Batch 2015) shall be provided to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of submission of such application and deposit of requisite fee along with a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of finally.
