Petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 27.12.2015 awarding adverse entry to him. This order is challenged now after expiry of nearly three years.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that under the Rules of 1991, petitioner has a remedy of preferring appeal against the order, which has not been availed.
In the facts and circumstances, as petitioner has not availed of the alternative remedy available to him in law, this writ petition is not entertained. This order, however, shall not prevent the petitioner from pursuing his right of preferring appeal under the rules.
Subject to the observations made above, this writ petition is consigned to records.
