Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. Perused the record.
By means of the present application u/s 438 Cr.P.C. the applicant who is apprehending his alleged arrest, seeks anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.20 of 2020, u/s 379, 411 I.P.C. and Section 3 of Damages to Public Property Act, Police Station-Garautha, District Jhansi.
It has been submitted by learned A.G.A. that the police has submitted charge sheet in the matter against the applicant.
Under circumstances, the life of present anticipatory bail no more survives and accordingly this application stands DISMISSED.
