JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Chandra Bhan Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has received a copy of the counter affidavit on 12th March, 2014 but the same is not on record. He prays for and is allowed two weeks' time to file rejoinder affidavit.
List thereafter.
Interim order dated 27.1.2014, if in operation, is extended till the next date of listing.
If the counter affidavit has been filed, Office will trace out the same and place it on record by the next date.
