Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of mandamus directing the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Shahganj, District Jaunpur, i.e., respondent no. 1 to decide Appeal No. T201914360101590 pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Shahganj, District Jaunpur.
Without entering into the merits of the case, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Shahganj, District Jaunpur, i.e., respondent no. 1 is directed to decide the aforesaid appeal within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid appeal.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
