List is revised. Learned counsel for the applicants and Opp. party no. 2 are present.
It is informed that parties have entered into compromise before the Mediation Centre.
As prayed, list on 31.3.2011 before the appropriate Bench along with the the connected Criminal Misc. Application under Section 482 No.16139 of 2010 . On that date, applicant No.1-Rohit Sarawagi and opp. party No.2-Smt. Manali Sarawagi shall be present in person and shall file a joint affidavit in support of their compromise.
Interim order, if any, shall continue till the date fixed.
