F.C., Kalol for the offences punishable under Sections 500(1) and 500(2) of the Indian Penal Code, do not disclose ingredients of offence and further suspicious death of respondent No.2 which forms the basis of the subject petition, need to be looked into.

Respondent No.2 is permitted to be served through Incharge Police Officer of the area in which she resides.
