Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rajnish Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the respondents.
A preliminary objection has been raised by Sri Sri Rajnish Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the respondents with regard to maintainability of the present petition as the petitioner has alternative remedy by approaching the Central Administrative Tribunal.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal.
Prayer is allowed.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
