The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the respondents for disobedience of the order dated 22.11.2018 passed in PIL No.4827 of 2018 (Rohit Kumar v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
In response to the order dated 06.05.2019, Shri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has placed the instruction dated 28.05.2019 sent by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Hasanpur, Amroha and submits that the necessary compliance of writ court order has been ensured in the matter. The said instruction be taken on record and a copy of the same be provided to learned counsel for the applicant.
The Court has proceeded to peruse the record in question and finds that substantial compliance has been ensured in the matter and as such, no interference is required in the matter.
In view of the above, nothing further survives in the contempt application and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged.
