However, from perusal of the averments made in the correction application, it is clear that the name of one Manvendra alias Mulayam Singh son of Tara Chandra has been sought to be incorporated in the order dated 21.5.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 18927 of 2018 in place of Rohit Kumar son of Shiv Raj Singh.
The prayer made in the correction application cannot be allowed as the bail rejection order of the lower court dated 12.4.2018 bears the same name Rohit Kumar son of Shiv Raj Singh. Consequently, the aforesaid bail application was moved in the same name.
Accordingly, the correction application is misconceived and is, accordingly, rejected.
