Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri I.P. Srivastava, the learend A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present application for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed by the applicants in case crime No.132 of 2019, under Section 306 I.P.C., Police Station Arnia, District- Bulandshahar.
Learned A.G.A. points out that the petition at the behest of applicant no.1 has rendered infructuous since he has already been arrested. Insofar as the applicant no.2, he submits that the applicant no.2 has not been found complicit in the commission of the crime at this stage and consequently no steps are to be taken for his arrest. In that view of the matter, nothing further survives.
Consequently, the application is rejected.
