Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the court below to decide Application filed under Order 9 Rule 7 CPC on 12.10.2018 in Original Suit No. 2249 of 2013, Sri Abhishek Gupta and others Vs. Rohit Kesarwani and two others within a stipulated period and also to decide Original Suit No. 2249 of 2013, Sri Abhishek Gupta and others Vs. Rohit Kesarwani and two others.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid application and decide the same on its own merit, in accordance with law, expeditiously provided there is no legal impediment and no unnecessary adjournments shall be granted to the parties.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present writ petition is finally disposed of.
