Order in Crl. Misc. Correction Application No. 1 of 2019
This is an application seeking correction in the order dated 30.5.2019 passed by this Court.
Heard Sri Anshul Sengar, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Uday Karan Saxena, learned counsel for the appellant and Sri Gaurav Pratap Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.
Sri Gyan Prakash, learned counsel for the CBI is not present though copy of the correction application has been served to him.
Correction application is allowed and following corrections are made:
1. The words 'under sections 120-B, 409, 420, 468, 471 and 477-A IPC read with Section 13(2) and 13(1) of Prevention of Corruption Act' stands deleted and the same shall now be read as 'under sections 120-B IPC (read with 420, 468 and 471 IPC) under Section 420, 468 and 471 IPC'
2. Name of the advocate 'Sri Sanjeet Singh' be deleted and the same shall be read as 'Sri Sanjeev Kumar Singh'.
