Present writ petition has been filed for quashing of the FIR dated 22.01.2021 registered as Case Crime No. 0081 of 2021 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B and 406 IPC, Police Station Kavi Nagar, District Ghaziabad.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not want to press this petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
