Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for not to interfere in the peaceful living of the petitioners.
Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner is first informant of the above mentioned case, it is directed that in case petitioners are having any grievance with regard to the fair investigation, the same may be raised before S.S.P. Lucknow who shall look into the matter and shall ensure the fair investigation of the above mentioned case.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
