Bearing in mind the fact that the impugned order evidences the contractual engagement of the petitioner having been brought to an end, the Court in light of the judgment rendered by a Division Bench of this Court in Rajesh Bhardwaj Vs. Union of India [2019 (2) ADJ 830], finds no ground to issue the writs as prayed for.
