This petition emanates from proceedings under Sections 33/39 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901. Since the orders are not shown to fall within the exceptions carved out in Lal Bachan Vs. Board of Revenue, U.P., Lucknow And Others, 2002 (1) AWC 169, the Court finds no ground to deal with the validity of the orders on merit.
Accordingly while this petition is dismissed, it is left open to the petitioner, if so chosen and advised, to establish his rights in accordance with law.
