----------------------- The petitioner has approached the 2nd respondent to re- construct a duplicate Patta. Ext.P6 is the application submitted by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent for re-construction of patta. The complaint of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent has not taken steps to re-construct the document. Accordingly the petitioner has approached this court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
3. Considering the limited request of relief sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P6 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
