JUDGMENT / ORDER

As against the impugned order, Civil Revision Application under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure would not be maintainable, Shri Vishwas Shah, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the present Civil Revision Application with a liberty to file a Special Civil Application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Permission is accordingly granted. The present Civil Revision Application is dismissed as withdrawn with the above liberty.
