Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
By means of this writ petition the petitioner has come up to this Court for restraining respondents no.5 and 6 from encroaching upon the land of the petitioner.
In case the petitioner has a clear title and some private persons are encroaching upon the land of the petitioner, the petitioner has remedy of filing a civil suit for injunction. In a writ proceeding no such direction can be issued.
The writ petition is mis-conceived and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
