Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
By means of this application, the applicant who is involved in case crime no. 70 of 2005, under Sections 323/34, 304/34 IPC, P.S. Chauk, District- Maharajganj is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that he has misused the liberty and remain absented from 1.5.2012 and ultimately surrendered on 23.9.2017.
Under the circumstances, I am not inclined to grant indulgence to the accused applicant. Thus, the bail application stands rejected.
It is expected from the learned trial Judge to gear up the trial and try to conclude the same by 13.12.2018. It is directed that the applicant would render all necessary co-operation in early conclusion of the trial.
Office is directed to communicate the copy of this order for the necessary compliance.
