We have heard the complainant before the Hon’ble Lokayukta who appears today in person and the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the State.
The complainant submits that he undertakes to withdraw the complaint filed before the Hon’ble Lokayukta. It appears that the complaint is still pending before the Hon’ble Lokayukta for reporting compliance.
In that view of the matter, we pass the following order.
In the event the complainant applies for withdrawal of the complaint, then the Hon’ble Lokayukta shall not proceed further and drop the matter. Till such decision is taken, the interim order granted by this Court will continue.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
