Shri Shitla Prasad holding brief of Shri Abhishek Srivastava, counsel for the petitioner states that they have no instructions from the petitioners.
In this case a winding up order has been passed but subsequently it was discovered that the wrong address of the respondent Company has been mentioned in the petition.
Despite repeated time having been granted to the petitioners to make necessary amendments in the petition and to provide the correct address of the respondent Company, nothing has been done and the statement as recorded above, has been made.
Under the circumstances, this Court considers it expedient to recall the winding up order dated 30.03.2015 and to dismiss the winding up petition.
