2. This petition is presented with a prayer to quash notice dated 21.2.2019 (Annexure-A) whereby the respondents have suspended issue of mining dispatch permits.
3. Shri V.G. Bhanuprakash, learned AGA submits that the matter is scheduled to be heard by the Deputy Director of Mines and Geology tomorrow i.e., 22.3.2019 with regard to earlier directions issued by this Court as also issuance of Mining Dispatch Permits.
4. In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Director of Mines and Geology to hear the parties on 22.3.2019 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks.
