[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Contempt Petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents since they failed to obey the order passed in W.P(MD)No.1436 of 2014 by this Court.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has admitted to the effect that the direction of this Court has already been complied with.
3.Considering the admission made on the side of the petitioner, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
4.In fine, this contempt petition is dismissed. No costs.
