JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to quash the S.T.C.No.613 of 2016 on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track No.II), Madurai, Madurai District.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to quash S.T.C.No.613 of 2016 on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track No.II), Madurai, Madurai District and hence this petition is dismissed. However, the appearance of the petitioner before the Trial Court is dispensed with. The Trial Court is directed the disposed of the S.T.C.No.613 of 2016 on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track No.II), Madurai, Madurai District within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. .
