JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation for providing education loan.
2. Heard, Mr.M.Suriya Bagavandas, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Anand C.Rajesh, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.N.Dilipkumar learned counsel appearing for second and third respondent.
3. The learned counsel appearing for second and third respondent would submit that the petitioner's father approached the second respondent bank seeking education loan and he was directed to furnish relevant documents, but, subsequently he has not visited the bank with necessary documents, but, he filed this writ petition.
4. In view of the above submission, this writ petitioner is directed to approach the second respondent bank with all necessary documents. If the petitioner produces all the required documents, the second respondent shall consider the application as per the norms and take a decision. Such exercise shall be done within a period of two weeks from the date of production of the documents.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
