JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, it is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on completion of trial, the petitioner was acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, by judgment dated 30.05.2014, in C.C.No.138 of 2010 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
2. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
