This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnor for his willful disobedience of the order dated 15.10.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16862 of 2014, and punish him under Contempt of Court Act.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is not the legal heir of late Ramavannan and his application for issuing legal heir certificate had been rejected by the respondent vide order dated 22.05.2017 in Na.Ka.No.a1/11722/2015. The learned Additional Government Pleader also produced the copy of the said order before this Court.
3. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed, giving liberty to the Petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
